Pathology reports
Reports captured in the app are read on-device where suitable, and the app presents extracted values for review before saving. A difficult format may use the secure Australian-region fallback described in the legal Privacy Policy.
The computer upload handoff
The upload page is for an existing Vector account. It uses an app-minted, short-lived, single-use code, a private storage bucket and the account queue. The website does not parse your report. Source files are transiently retained until the app receives and saves the reviewed extraction, with cleanup for abandoned work.
Apple Health
Vector requests read-only HealthKit context relevant to the product. Raw high-granularity sleep and workout data stays on-device, and the website does not access Apple Health at all.
AI and difficult-report processing
AI-assisted insights and difficult-report extraction use the providers and regions listed below and described in the legal policy. AI output is a wellness summary. It is not a clinician and not a diagnostic service, and it should not be used for urgent decisions.
No advertising or analytics SDKs
Vector does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Product telemetry is bounded by the current app and website security boundary; report content, upload codes and biomarker values are not logged.
