What Vector is
Vector is an Australian biomarker and longevity app. It imports pathology results, presents them for review, tracks a longitudinal record, reads selected Apple Health context and provides wellness-oriented summaries.
Clinical responsibility
Vector is wellness software, not clinical care. The person using it remains responsible for reviewing imported values and for deciding when to involve a qualified health professional. A GP or treating clinician remains responsible for clinical interpretation, diagnosis, testing and treatment.
Content accountability
Biomarker pages identify Vector as the author, carry a modified date, and link to directly relevant sources. Where a page publishes a reference interval, it states whether that interval is nationally harmonised. Named reviewer profiles appear only when identity, role and qualifications can be verified.
When to seek professional help
- Urgent symptoms should go to emergency care, or 000 in Australia.
- Unexpected pathology results should be discussed with the requesting clinician.
- AI output is an organising aid, not medical advice.
- Corrections to website content can be requested through the corrections process.
