What to send

  1. The page URL and the exact sentence or section.
  2. What you believe is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
  3. A reliable source, or the current product or legal record, supporting the correction.
  4. Your preferred contact details if a clarification is needed.

How it is assessed

We check the claim against the relevant source, distinguish a factual error from a reasonable difference in interpretation, and record the decision. A material correction updates the page and its modified date; a clarification may be added without rewriting the underlying claim.

Health content and reference intervals

Biomarker and guide pages are general reference content with sources and a review date. If a correction changes a health claim, a published reference interval, a model description or a safety boundary, it is assessed before publication and the page is republished with a new modified date.
